Yeah, see what I meant on this sequence getting complicated to color?

Like how it came out, though, and after all of the build-up it's kind of neat to finally get into what it's been heading up to. Sort of the theme with Blues pages compared to WaR and BP ones it seems like - those so far are mostly building for the long-term and so most (but certainly not all) of the chapters so far are fairly short, while Blues tends to be a bit more self-contained but the chapters come out long to get all of the proper build in. Just an interesting contrast.

Funny thing about this scene - it's fairly short all things considered, but man did it feel like it was taking ages when I was coloring it.

It makes sense that this took a while to color- I think out of all the sequences I've ever drawn in either this or WaR, this is the one most dependent on it. The glow on Aurora and her constructs against the dark background just look great. ^^

If anything, I'm disappointed with what I'm doing with it. I wanted to get Aurora's constructs to look cool and strange, and hopefully they at least sorta filled that void.

Not too much else to say on that for now, but hey- fight scene's only just starting.
