Casey seems to get bigger as the chapter goes on.... Ah, well; seems biggest in that first panel and when we're seeing things from Darkskull's POV, me and Martin give ourselves reign to do shoddier work. In addition to intentionally screwing up proportions and body shapes, if I see a mistake in Antihero-Vision I usually don't fix it, I almost never put in a background, and I asked Martin to skimp on the usual clean-up. Is actually sorta a relief to have an excuse to be sloppy at times.

This should tell Andy that the rest of the group needs him, and is a gag I'd been wanting to do. In the script, I was supposed to include a mini-panel showing Sanchez or one of the kids or someone directly in the cross-hairs of Casey's sight, but got left out, which kinda takes away from the joke.

Ah, good, Andy was able to save the gorgeous man in the tank....

What's funny is that the coloring (as in, the actual process of applying color to them) on the Darkskull-vision panels takes way longer than the standard ones, since there tend to be a lot of stray pixels and telling what's what can be a little trickier.

Still, saving on the actual clean-up and not having to worry about backgrounds as much does certainly save me time. Speaking of, this page's background was pretty busy; usually I can safely just trim the background a little but not focus too much on the detail, but it got a good bit of my focus here. Wish I'd colored the water better, obvious rush job on that, though all in all I'm happy with this one.

Looks like the recoil knocked Darkskull to the ground, and get the feeling Andy asking Flam for a giant pink pony off the prize rack.

Obviously, Andy wanted to win it for Lore, either as a show of affection, or a snuggly reminder that he decimated the dunking booth.

Eh, probably both. ^^

I was thinking that it was songbird using his voice to knock the baddy over, though recoil works too XP

Nah, Songbird actually doesn't use his sonic-scream for this one. Too many people nearby and too much of a red flag it's him doing the fighting. ^^
