There are a couple of pages I never did get the colored versions of sent to me on this computer after I finished with them. I should have Adam send those to me later, I guess. Speaking of, I finished coloring the chapter earlier!

We still have a good ways to go before it's finished being posted, though. Just under a couple of months left. And indeed we get some furthering of things here. We'll be getting to the action proper very soon, not to worry.

Y'know, at a passing glance, in the fourth panel it looks like Andy is patting Nicky on the butt and that's what's making him jump in surprise.

Think that's about all I've got on this one. Adam, your thoughts?

When I sent this to Martin, he suggested jokingly editing the page so there'd be something else really freaky and twisted in the middle-panel. His first suggestion was that tentacled man we don't talk about, but the very idea of that made me shudder, so didn't go through with it.

Yeah, McCay happens to be two blocks away from the Center. Convenient, I know, but with Jake out of the picture, needed to be close enough for the kids to make it to his location. Otherwise the story would just have Jenny and Grant fighting him since they're the only ones who could get there fast enough.

If you're wondering? No. I have no explanation for why they're seeing McCay from an outside perspective, like a camera. It should really be a POV shot. Which now that I've actually typed that out, might've made more sense. Could've caught sight of him in a mirror or something. Eh, hindsight.

To show off how much Jenny's hair was a pain in the last page, notice how it's perfectly still in the first panel here. Though with her so close to the border, would've been easier to do in this case.

Okay, McCay has completely lost it by this point, Heather seems on the verge of a panic attack, and it looks like the kids might actually hear the words "Blue-Blood Heroes" in this chapter.

Heh... You'd think that, wouldn't you? ^^ But somehow no.
