One thing I tend to like about Blues quite a bit is how Adam tends to kind of come up with ways for all of the team members to contribute in most situations. While there is probably a certain power structure to them and certain members of the group are most likely tougher than others, everyone contributes and brings something to the table.

Not sure what all else to say on this one, though. Been awhile since I colored it and all, plus I colored a lot of the pages of this chapter all in a row so it gets sort of hard to remember the process of coloring all of them. Still, I'm happy with it, and I don't recall it being too much of a hassle or anything.

So, yeah, the fight's turned around! Will the kids be able to bring it all around and overcome McCay soon? Keep reading to find out!

Heheh... Yeah, the way each team member contributes is a favorite part of writing this for me too. At first it felt hard to juggle everyone, but by the time I did this page, I kinda could feel out who'd do what and how they'd pitch in. The whole everyone-does-something thing was used heavily by Dwayne McDuffie, one of my favorite comic writers, in works like his runs on Justice League and Fantastic Four, and McDuffie is probably the comic writer I try to emulate the most in Blues.

Anyway, self-indulgent facts aside, yeah, had fun with this quite a bit... The image of Andy slapping Lore was a lot funnier in my head, though. This fight scene's nearly over, at least. Chapter in general only has like five or six pages left.

Y'know what's weird? At first I heard Grant's sonic-cry sounding like a deafening, high-pitched screech. Now I sorta hear it like a (still deafening) sonar emission or something like that.

Powerful sound waves vibrating through your eardrums would mess up anybody's focus, is Stickset in this chapter or do we hear her complaining about this in the next one?

Yeah, Stickset barely manages to make it into this one. ^^
