Heheh... Honestly, there's not much to the page but I really liked doing it; dialog was some stuff I just really enjoyed in this case. It is nice just watching the characters talk shop, plus I loved Grant's little fanboy moment there. ^^

Jake putting his hood up was something me and Martin had been thinking about for a while to compensate for not wearing a costume, not sure how I feel about it on seeing it. He doesn't have it on for all (or I think even most) of the coming fight due to something he does with his coat, but... I dunno, worth considering I guess.

The reason he puts his hood up in this page was I meant for the sprinklers to be going in the script, but wasn't sure how to actually do that in the page proper so.... yeah, something else to look into in the future, I guess. We need a chapter where it's raining. That'll solve that.

Also, yeah, obvious lampshade hanging about how you never see the kids in class. Was too good to pass up. ^^

Heh. It is still kind of weird how we've actually seen a few scenes of Alex in class but nothing of the Blues kids. Easy to explain though - Adam doesn't have much interest in showing that, while it's kind of necessary in WaR due to the whole bodyswapping element of the plot. We'll be seeing a good bit more of it down the line.

Though you'd figure, "It's a weekend," would also answer Alex's question nicely.

Anyway, yeah, not sure what all else I've got on this one. Forgot about the sprinkler thing but I think it could have been done easily enough; we'll get the chance to play around with water effects soon enough though, WaR and BP will have rain in the next couple of chapters.

That bit with Grant wasn't actually in the script; Adam basically just couldn't resist the urge to draw him that way and tweaked his dialogue to be more cute and fanboyish to go with it. Definitely the right way to take it in my opinion.

.... We're seeing more of what in the future? More of Alex in class, or more of the Blues kids NOT being seen in class? 'Cause I think the answer to both is yes.

Really, a huge factor in the latter is just that classroom scenes are not fun to draw. Like, at all. Even in the school chapter of BP, it was dull.

Grant is such an adorable little fanboy, Adam you already had to draw the rainy weather effect in the BP chapter "The Hidden Flame".
