Look, when someone's rescuing you from a hostage, you don't blurt something out. Even when it's a seven-year-old in tights.

Do really love seeing Andy do the ninja stuff, given his outfit is meant to look ninja-ish. ^^ Did really consider going back and editing his first jump-out so he was still hidden and peeking behind stuff, that was a lot of fun to do.

That move Alex is pulling is a Suicide Dive. That whole exchange between the Grant and Alex here was Martin's thing, gave me a couple of notes of stuff to do when writing the fight scene. Will let him get into more detail on it. ^^

The scenery seems really low in this page, looking back, not helped by the stupid amount of empty space in panel 2. Actually the scenery gets more intense and colorful as the fight goes on, for reasons we'll see as it happens. ^^

Originally the suicide dive thing was addressed in the dialogue, but I asked Adam to change it. Couple of reasons, one I thought it was a little awkward to bring it up, and two I don't see Alex actually being a fan of stuff like wrestling, probably just saw the move being done on TV while over at John's place and thought it had fight applications.

Actually when I pitched it, and the healer line, I was picturing it happening off of a building or something. Desk'll work too, of course. We'll be seeing Alex bust this out on occasion in WaR, mostly just hasn't had the chances yet. Unless he had tried it on Weapon anyway and that probably would not have gone well given the size difference.

That healer thing... Yeah, we'll see that particular kid eventually.

Anyway, think that's about all I've got here. Hope everyone enjoys, though!

You'd think it would be common sense to keep quiet no matter who was trying to untie you and I hope someone breaks that video camera before any of the kids get caught on it.

See thats the problem a good portion of humans are lacking common sense. It's like when a bystander gives away the cop in a bank robbery the cop could have done something but a scared person ratted them out. Also NINJA ANDY!!!!

Yes, Ninja Andy. The Andy that vanishes quickly and without trace.
