Originally the kids were just supposed to be huddled beyond the wall of the alleyway just out of sight, praying Marvelous Man wouldn't peek around and spot them. The choice to have them change into normal clothes stored in the car for just such an emergency was a last-minute decision in scripts but threw a lot more comedy into the situation. ^^

I also like that this last-minute change meant the kids got (another) face-to-face meeting with Marvelous Man. I find there's something neat about them being so close to the guy but him not catching on with who they really are. Even here, he seems to not entirely buy their story until they play to his ego. I wonder if he remembers them at the Myers fight or not...

I really liked Andy's argument about the underwear earlier in the chapter, but really wasn't planning on having a follow-up to it. Kinda glad the opportunity presented itself. ^^ Kids being intentionally cute was a good gag too. Except Grant; something intended for his character that hasn't come up much is that he's a really bad liar.

Not sure how much I've got to say here offhand, kind of funny given I've spent a fair amount of time tonight dealing with this page due to coloring a couple of upcoming ones and using it as a reference for a lot of it.

Do like how it came out, yeah. Some good jokes going on, nice excuse to change up the visuals a bit with the clothes-changing, just fun all around. Hopefully everyone enjoys and is sure to swing by Wednesday for more fun stuff!

I wonder if MM noticed the kids had no shoes... (Unless they're there when the panel changes)

Heh. Nah, they didn't store shoes in the car with the change of clothes, hence the absence. ^^
