Yeah, kind of doing the internal monologue thing for a lot of Marvelous Man's stuff through this chapter. Rather different for us, but helpful for getting a peak in his head, seeing how he thinks and getting a better feel for the character himself.

Did you realize it's been a long, long time since General Zodiac showed up? Like in the range of 100 pages? Is kind of odd given how present Marvelous Man has been since his debut, but not too terribly surprising really since there hasn't really been anything for him to do exactly in the last few chapters. But hey, here he is again.

Man, I really need to update the Blues cast page. That has been in the works actually, most of it done for a long time now, it's just been a matter of doing new pictures of the main group in the style of the ones on the WaR cast page. Not been too easy to fit it in.

Yeaaaah, it's been sitting, just between pages, commissions, other artwork... Hell, maybe I'll get to it tonight after drawing the next WaR cover.

But yeah, again, the narration is meant to give some insight into Marvelous Man's character and will be consistent with the chapter. Hope you guys'll enjoy it, like I said, we've only seen the public side of Marshalls thus far.

Speaking of insight, really both liked and hated drawing Zodiac's office. All these little niknaks were fun to come up with and I think they give a clear picture of his character, but they were also really tedious to both draw and color. Made this page and the one after it kind of a pain. Still, had fun with various bits. That drawing behind him has "My Grandpa" scribbled on it in the fourth panel.

His ego's already overinflated, hopefully Zodiac will be able to knock it down a bit.

Hopefully so. ^^ You think his ego's inflated now? When Martin saw the first draft of the script, he asked me to tone it down.
