The phrase "nothing's serious if you can laugh at it" has come up a few times with Andy to the point that it's nearly his catchphrase. Since he mentioned his Mom telling him that, I kinda wanted to imply his Mom is where Andy got his sense of humor. And probably where he got the desire to really cheer people up when depressed using jokes, the way she is to him. Again, whenever we see the parents of the kids trying to include a "That explains a lot" feeling to it.

I kinda wish we were diving into more on this whole thing about their parents noticing something is different about their kids since the superheroics thing. I do like that they seem aware of it to varying degrees; Jenny's dad is fairly aware of it, Nicky's parents are able to mostly brush it off because they view their son as helpless (and don't notice it in Val at all), and Andy's dad is perceptive enough to notice it in the last chapter he showed up in.

The whole "parents noticing something is off" bit is especially funny to me given something that's coming up but will get to that later. ^^

One thing I realized in doing this is that Jake never lies on behalf of the kids. He omits the truth but has never been put in the position where he needs to tell someone a falsehood. I get the feeling Jake's got a lot of integrity and probably wouldn't feel right doing that under any circumstances.

I love Andy's pose in the first panel. Very Naruto-ish. Also Jake and Dr. Allit are mirroring each other in the last panel; unintentional but kinda like it.

Not sure how much I've got to say on this one offhand, but good getting a little more time with Andy's parents, showing them off a bit more. Think Adam pretty much summed up a lot of the thought process there.

I do find it kind of funny with Andy's mom we see each eye in separate panels, just kind of amusing coincidence of sorts there. Kind of pseudo-hiding her most prominent feature.

Not sure what else I've got. Do like getting to see more of where Andy gets a lot of his behavior from though, nice little thing that kind of explains a lot.
