Ughhhh... It's so disheartening when I can't draw. Been in a depressive funk for the past week, so things have been slow. Big perk is just how much fun the kids' storyline is. ^^ Seriously, once I got in earnest with it, I resolved to start reeling in Marvelous Man's screentime. The kids really are what the comic's about and are a lot of fun.

That said, Valerie and Heather aren't going to go into the haunted house. The real reason is that with Lenore and Xandy joining them too, that would've bloated the cast herd of the kids up to 9 people, which would've been kinda unwieldy to work with. Made sense Val and Heather would stay back since they're older and Heather's unfortunate problem of lighting on fire when she's startled.

We get a better look at Alex and Ruby here, who are Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie respectively. Also that girl in the first panel... She was an extra I drew as a student back in the second chapter, then when we did commentary for that chapter a couple of months ago me and Martin remarked how weird it was we hadn't seen her. So here she is. She's dressed as the Dark Phoenix from X-Men (Jean's my favorite member of that team...).

Martin added the screen-stuff for Andy's 3DS. ^^ Apparently he already took their picture and is playing Kid Icarus, and is trying to see how long until they notice. "Yeah, just hold that pose... Keeeeep holding it..."

Honestly I just forgot the dialogue in that one panel when I added the picture on the 3DS, though Andy just screwing with them when he already took the picture is something I can very easily see him doing.

Yeah, this one's pretty fun. Not really the most essential page transitioning into the next one besides writing Heather, Valerie, and Guy out, but is fun and that's always good. We'll be focusing on the kids for a little bit here so no worries there. Funny thing - last chapter had a point where Adam after finishing a Marvelous Man scene jumped ahead and started writing the next one instead of getting to writing the cut back to the group. This chapter he's recently done the opposite.

Something I'm curious about in regards to this page. There was something within it Adam and I had a bit of debate over how noticeable it was and whether this is kind of a tipping point on being obvious or not. Curious to see if readers pick up on it.

I have an idea what you're dropping hints about but I'm too uncertain to write it down. This is a fun silly page looking forward to the next one.

Heh... I think if you're too uncertain to write it down, that's probably it. ^^ If it helps, we've been dropping hints for it for a while and just been making it gradually more transparent.

Heheh... ^^ Yeah, our heroes blush blue. We did wonder way back in the start of comic if that should be the case or not, but whatever. It's cute.
