Going to the Cyphacon today in my home town. Really looking forward to it; always one of the best weekends of the year for me.

Speaking of good times, Andy attempts to kill himself! Yeah, maybe the Halloween party isn't a great idea since the kid obviously got way too into character. For the record though; don't think Andy ran off with ALL of Su's stores of Candy, and kept enough lying around to satisfy another gaggle of kids that might make it to the roof to face her themselves. ^^

I felt bad leaving Valerie out of all this, but she's twelve and could see her thinking herself too grown-up for this stuff (I, meanwhile, am a grown man who's lamenting being too broke to afford an elaborate Cosplay for today's Con). Was still really cute getting to cut back to her and Heather like this.

I really shouldn't abuse the privilege, but whenever I've got a question I can't answer in the comics I do like to just lampshade it by having a character ask the same thing and get no answer. Seriously, how DID Andy know that one particular window would be open?

You know, logistically Heather probably would have a hard time eating candy. Between the gloves probably not handling it very well and potentially getting stuff on it and her hands likely melting it, being fed probably is about the most logical approach to take to it. Guess that was Adam's intention, anyway. Might've been something else.

I do kind of like how much this evening has kind of been a progression of events showing that Su probably should be kept on a tighter leash. I'm guessing at some point later there's going to be a long, "Please, please never mention this led to you jumping off the roof," conversation being held. At the very least, fence or something, guys. Granted not like that'd actually stop Andy.

Nicky's tongue has some serious stretching ability. No wonder he threatened to eat somebody, he could probably actually do it if the rest of his body also has that much give to it.

So that's what he wanted Grant's cape for, those two have no sense of self-preservation what in the world is going to happen now.

I agree with Nicky on his rubbery-ness...but the acrobat excuse might definitely hurt himself unless he lands on our rubber boy. Which would just be rude.

And I bet Andy bet on her window being unlocked for two reasons. She was the least likely to throw a total fit at them barging in...also given the nature of both of their powers, in the event Valerie has a build up and needs to let out a blast or Heather suddenly ignites, rather than trapping their powers and the destructive capabilities they have in their room, it makes sense to leave a window unlocked for a quick blast out into the open air rather than letting it just build and implode into the building. Safety, plain and simple.
