We told you this chapter would be getting serious and... Yeah. Look at this insanity. After over five-hundred pages the kids are actually seen attending a class! WHAT MADNESS IS THIS?!

But yeah, weird part was coming up with materials that would be appropriately advanced for each group. 5-6-year-olds learning multiplication tables, 7-9-year-olds learning historical cases (that one's probably not advanced enough), and 10-12-year-olds learning physiological psychology.

Is it weird that the last panel is the only one I didn't have to look up? I was too lazy to do the calculations up in the first and couldn't remember the date of FDR's election in the second. The third I just typed out off the top of my head. Figured the effects of heavy drug use would be the kind of thing that'd be a good "Wait, what?" thing to learn from Miss Tickle while still being something you would conceivably learn in a classroom.

This does kinda make the teacher seem pretty crummy. Su doesn't object much to her students playing Nintendo in class and nobody in Miss Tickle's course is paying attention (Lookit Grant just daydreaming ^^).

I rather like Su's shirt. ^^ Martin's the one who came up with that; was blank when I sent it to him. Should dress ehr like that more often; second time he's done that.

Yeah, this is a loooooong time in the waiting. You thought it was something when Heather and Val were seen in a classroom a couple chapters ago? Well, now they're actually DOING something in it? Crazy!

Pretty much the biggest thing to this page, otherwise it's really just kind of a foot in the door for the chapter to start off on. Do quite like how it came out though, both for what's happening itself and how much personality manages to get interjected in a limited amount of space in the process.

Sort of weird they don't have cubbyholes or something for them to put the backpacks in. Sure, Tickle runs the class like a preschool, but even those usually have places to stick your stuff at.

There was a joke in the script that unfortunately got cut of Heather repeating what all Tickle was saying while taking notes. Wish that'd been kept in, thought it was a cute tough, but not exactly essential to what's going on.

I am both deeply curious and deeply concerned that Ms. Tickle's lesson may be based off personal experience...just with how she is, I have to wonder if she is either on happy pills, or WAS, and happier now to be off such.

Heh. You see that one bit on the whiteboard behind her reading "PCP vs. STRI"? PCP is obviously the topic of what she's talking about right now, but STRI stands for "Serotonin Re-uptake Inhibitors" which is the literal description for anti-depressant medication.

Heh. That kills me since you're our only Patron and have thus already seen the first big twist to this chapter. ^^
