There's still an hour of it by the time this goes up so everybody hurry and wish Martin a happy birthday!

Okay, I'm honestly realllllly struggling to know where I'm supposed to put the Marveluos Man bits. It's kinda like the Blue Debut chapter, where the two storylines kinda-sorta mesh at the start but then go into wildly different directions.

Yeah, there's the whole thing about Marvelous Man getting more powers but I really don't have much in mind for it all beyond seeing the prison, going into the workings of criminal justice, and meeting Blake and Mariposa. The longer his half of the story goes on, the less stuff I have to talk about and the more it just kinda peters out.

Plus we can't see the procedure to give him more powers because... I genuinely dunno what that looks like.

Either way, love Martin's coloring job on this one. That one penultimate panel was really transparently there to punch up the page's visuals a bit so it wouldn't just be two people talking in a room, but he took it in a really twisted, weird way.

Actually, speaking of that panel, that's another reason to wrap this up; I dunno how many more red flags Mariposa can raise before Marvelous Man figures out that this is obviously a bad idea.

Yeah, this one's a little odd of a page. The penultimate page is kind of what immediately stands out - what's weird about that is it's not something I just settled on after batting around ideas or anything, I pretty quickly had the idea in mind for how to do it. Only real uncertainty was whether or not to commit to the red effect on it or not but once I tried that out I was pretty much set on keeping it.

Honestly kind of not really sure what to say on this one. I am hoping that everyone enjoys it though, pretty happy with this one. Do like getting to hear a little bit more of Mariposa's view on things and kind of go more into how she sees the world... even if this should be setting off some major warning lights.

This just keeps getting creepier and more scary with every page, this is not going to end well, so many things are going to go horribly, horribly wrong I just know it.

MM doesn't seem to be paying attention to the VERY CLEAR warning that Mariposa is giving him.

How the DNA _cancels out_ or _neutralizes_ what's already there. He's going to end up losing one or more of his powers for this telepathy, and he doesn't seem to realize this.

Here's hoping he's going to get the shortest end of the stick and become so weak and helpless that the kids can kick his ass next time. >.>

Eheh... AAAAActually I can confirm that's not happening. ^^ I was just trying to think of a reason why Mariposa would've done the procedure in such a way that it ADDS powers rather than taking it away. Y'know, just to establish she's done it before.
