Yeah, again, Andy's battle plan is gonna make a big impact in this comic and we're going to be going into the specifics of it quite soon. Like, starting with the next page.

Actually I was unsure how to do this page until Martin pointed out the kids should probably give Marvelous Man a chance to stop what he's doing instead of going in guns blazing. There was a clear need to stop him immediately to stop the psychic attack, but pushing on when they only barely know what's going on seems a bit weird for them.

At the same time, given Marvelous Man's prior curb-stomping, every second kinda counts in this fight and they need to grab the upper hand immediately and keep it, so felt weird having them ease off. Thought this was a cool middle ground; they stop fighting and try to talk it out.... but already have a counter-attack being built up.

For the record, dunno how much it comes off, but Marvelous Man's supposed to be fed up with the kids, not genuinely angry. Also Lore kicking him hard enough to knock him off balance is supposed to genuinely hurt her legs.

One thing I kind of like with Marvelous Man but I'm not sure how intentional it is is how weirdly paranoid he comes off. Here's a good example, with him immediately jumping to the idea that someone was trying to assassinate him when the previous thoughts only mentioned blackmail, and before that there's also him pretty quickly convincing himself he needed to be on equal footing with Insomniac despite him making it pretty clear he considered himself done with the matter.

I feel like that was probably also a factor with Decay Conductor - remember how worked up Marvelous Man was when she escaped? Kind of wonder if that was maybe to some degree coming from a place of worrying she'd come for revenge, given just how close she came to beating him.

All I've really got to say offhand, but hopefully everyone enjoys. If nothing else I like this page kind of simultaneously returning to how Lore was really the one most afraid after their previous fight and also reinforcing her status as the leader - being the one to throw herself into danger like this and the one most directly speaking to Marvelous Man plays very well off both of those aspects.

Heh. Quickly responding to Martin's points; Marvelous Man trying to thwart an assassination was literally just me dropping the ball on writing. ^^ There's no assassination plot involved, I was probably just writing this page in a hurry on my lunch-break and somehow used that term.

I think you guys did very well with this page, and it shows what kind of heroes the kids are vs MM.

Like the kids are at first trying to talk to MM trying to make him see he was serious hurting people.

Now for MM, he just grabs Lore and dose not care what they have to say and just try's to use his psychic powers on them.

Even those his psychic powers have been shown to really hurt someone, like demon looking guy MM first used his powers on.

So in the end you guys did a great job showing who really is the hero and who's the bad guy.

...yeah...I honestly have nothing to say about MM that hasn’t already been said. Including by myself several times. He is not a hero. He is a self-obsessed douche. Done talking about that until something new or otherwise worth talking about, to me comes up.

Maybe talk about when Insomniac is going to come out.

I think the assassination plot idea MM has works very well Adam, it shows just how far gone MM has become.

Still to much going on for me to really think of anything to say.

Heh. I think you've realized more than anyone else just how much the publicity angle changes the game.

The conversation between Lore and MM in the fourth panel seems to come off a little awkward. It might be missing punctuation, or something. But if you read it outloud, it doesn't make a lot of sense. It might even be missing some actual context.
