Yeah, like I said, nobody's quitting, we just needed to re-confirm that the kids were all-in on this and weren't going to back out. It was especially important to hear it from Jenny, who seemed the most hurt by the new revelation and felt to me like she'd have the most reason to quit.

But yeah.... That last panel's on the nose, but a major theme of this arc was seeing how the kids can function without Jake around. Jake has always been there knowing how to maneuver around the adult world and giving advice for how to deal with what new unexpected thing happens.... Taking him out of it was just an interesting twist.

I feel dumb making the "and Jake's not here" thing so obvious, since I think you guys all get this. At least one fan (Hi, Onasaki~) wrote in suggesting to take Jake out of the picture and see how the kids do on their own. This was already being planned, but was a really neat moment. ^^

I feel weird that the "Cutie Mark" line was something I'd been wanting to say for pretty much the whole Marvelous Man arc. ^^

Sorry this is a couple minutes late, we're still getting used to the clock change with Comic Fury's setup.

But yeah, not really the easiest page to comment on since it's pretty much just answering a question we already answered in the comments on the last page. Still, I do like seeing the group work this out and outlining what all they're going to need to do going forward - we'll be getting more into the nitty-gritty on that next page.

All I've really got to say offhand but hopefully everyone enjoys this one. Chapter's very nearly done, as has probably been mentioned it's the shortest to date and kind of just setup for the arc to come.
