If you read Wright as Rayne you'll get the significance of that as well as this panel, but if not, this is Megan. She has the power to only be noticed when she wants to be, thus how the group is managing to completely overlook her. Her brother, Everett, has the ability to brainwash people which he uses to make them part of his family and when we last saw the two of them in Wright as Rayne, they were declaring their intention to head west with Everett setting his sights on the kids.

So it looks like both of them are not only in Sapphire City but present at this meeting.
Like Adam mentioned, this one was kind of designed to be somewhat easy to give us a little breathing room due to his continued dental issues. That'll probably end up causing more significant problems later but for now, kind of just getting by; plus side there shouldn't be any issues with the rest of the chapter from here unless some kind of emergency arises because the current Wright as Rayne chapter is about to end.
Admittedly I think the flood of blood could look a lot better than it does, I was kind of trying to get this out in a timely manner and think it wound up being a little phoned in by comparison to how it could've looked. I did try to give it some transparency and gradient work to kind of make it look like it has more dimensions to it but do think it still looks maybe a bit too solid. Something to work on I guess.

Oh boy what is going to happen now.
Martin contributed a lot to this page; he pointed out that since getting the kids out of their nightmares, I'd been rushing the fight rather than letting it resolve naturally. Trying to ease off and let things play out... Helps that since Vespi gave a plan, storytelling conventions dictate we see a counter-attack... And one suitably nightarae-themed to boot.
I had a dentist appointment today, nothing serious (yet...) but this page was written to be relatively light to make it easy to slot into my schedule. I mentioned the blood-ocean idea to Martin and he suggested the panels focusing just on the Night Terror's face as he conjured this tidal wave into his creepy mind palace.
Naturally we couldn't just drop the Lillie gag, it was too cute to not have her snuggle with Grant for "saving" her, and I like the idea that the deeper implications of her dream went entirely over her head.
Speaking of other character's nightmares... Heh. There's one more thing Martin came up with for this page, should maybe let him discuss it.

Aw, who am I kidding. The last panel doesn't make me think of The Shining. ..... It makes me think of THIS!
