I'm kinda worried this intro makes Valerie look too mean, almost like she's a Libby. But then, as Martin has pointed out to me, that does leave her room to lighten up in the story as we learn more about her.

Ugh... The second panel... One thing that I had to get used to fast was consistent height among the kids, which is very firm in my mind. In this case however, keeping their heights consistent came at the cost of their proportions. Andy looks especially off. Looks like a hobbit.

Anyway, we get to see some more of Heather here, and finally meet Nicky! ^^ More from both of them on Saturday.
