Heh... If this looks a little rough compared to other pages I sorta soloed this one. Hope it's still adequite, especially since I really liked the script. I'm actually on sorta shaky ground for this part of the story so the script turning out as fun as it did was a pretty pleasant surprise for me. Loved a lot of the back-and-forth from everyone, and getting the chance to spotlight earlier stories with Insomniac.

Felt very weird to go back and look at earlier Insomniac chapters just to get a sense of what they'd look like from the perspective of the kids. Insomniac was the first bad guy I came up with for the comic and I honestly sorta thought he'd been featured in more chapters than he wound up being in. Only 2 with him as the main threat just feels wrong... But I think he always managed to leave a pretty huge impact, eh?

Makes it kinda suck that the kids don't really have a personal relationship with him; he just sorta shows up and they tango. Fortunately this chapter is entirely based on addressing that, just gonna say....

Like I said, did like a lot of the little exchanges in the dialog. Especially Jake & Andy and Val & Grant. Just came out being a really fun page. ^^

Yeeeah, this one was kind of all Adam, I was just too tired at the time to really do my part on this page so all him. If it looks off any that'd be why; offhand can definitely see things I'd do differently with the shading on it. Maybe will update it later, I dunno, I've got a lot of work to catch up on anyway.

Either way do like how this one came out. Kind of just a moving things forward sort of page but hope everyone enjoys.
