This felt like a fun way to mark the occasion, just seeing the kids taking a bit of a trip down memory lane. Definitely interesting to look back on how the old costumes were and contrast them with the current designs; might notice the lack of the masks which is mostly because for Valerie, Jenny, and Andy it'd really diminish how much their looks have actually changed over the years since we wouldn't be getting a great look at their hair.

Long story short; I'm going to be taking a two-day class on Mental Health in the next state over next week and Martin will be coming with me, so we're getting ready to leave. We're sort of in a holding pattern until then, and just taking it easy. Plus the next page is going to be the 1000th one and we wanted it to be sorta special....
To build that up, Martin suggested this picture for the filler and was just a pleasant surprise at how interesting everyone looked in their original costumes. Just... Jeez, these REALLY needed to be changed is my main takeaway. I think Andy might my favorite but even for him I'm glad he dropped the outfit.
Funny, this trip had been planned but now it's just sort of crept up on us. I had to entertain family yesterday too so just feels like real life stuff is intruding on us. We'll get back to the comic soon, promise~
