Feel a wave of fatigue hitting me as I type this, and probably not a good sign as this page goes up on the first day of my new semester. The comics are gonna wind up forming a heavy workload on us until Abe's back. I actually wound up coloring this one since Martin's so bogged down with uncolored pages.

That depressing feel's probably bad since I'm very pleased with how this one came out, in particular Valerie. Nice visuals there. Also this nicely re-enforces that Mech is the toughest fighter of all the cyborgs and took a considerable amount of work to go down.

Again, I love the team coming together like this, and after Valerie spent most of the fight getting kicked around, needed a chance to look awesome. ^^

So yeah.... That's an end to a fight scene that was way too long... Hope you guys enjoyed all the same, have to admit it did hit an upswing toward the end there, yeah?

Yeah, I handled the clean-up on this one, then Adam handled the colors themselves. Think I did some sprucing up on the colors after-the-fact, but either way.

Anyway, fight over here it looks like. We're not quite coming up on done with the chapter, but at least out of the action for now. Stay tuned to find out what comes next then.

Love Andy's line at the end. It's a nod to the other series, and it shows that- even when almost decimated- he still has his sense of humor.

Heheh... Actually I didn't mean for it to be a reference, I was just using the phrase. Though immediately after typing it, I sorta went "Huh. Using that phrase feels weird now." It can't NOT be a reference anymore.

Okay THAT WAS AWESOME, Val really is a living laser cannon, love Nimbles line there and I think it would be really cute if Jake carried one of the kids in the crook of his arm, he's big enough that he could even carry Val and Jenny that way. Are you feeling alright Adam?

Heheh. We'll see, then. ^^ That would be pretty cute, though I don't think he'd try it unless they were really hurt.

I was feeling really sick last week, in fact last Wednesday or so I was so ill I couldn't get out of bed. Feeling better now, just needed a nap around the time I was typing that. Only problem at the moment is that I have this bad, lingering cough. Appreciate the concern. ^^
