Anyway, Blues then. Is always kind of a hassle any time I need to change the standard palette, which given all the night scenes here is naturally something I needed to do a lot. It is less of an issue doing it in Manga Studio at least, though it is a little harder being consistent with them. Think I managed it though.
I like how all of the kids have a sort of designated thing they sleep in that's been pretty consistent so far. Sareena and Misty over in BP kind of have the same though they've been shown to alternate, but WaR I can only really think of a couple times Alex has been shown sleeping and one of those was just standard clothes. Next chapter will probably address that though... Heh, need to figure out how I'm going to approach the subject of Laura, I definitely know what she sleeps in at least.
I kinda have this weird fascination with doing night scenes just because I'm really a night person. I'm arranging my sleeping so that even with college classes, I still get a lot of time awake after dark. So I really loved the night-colors for the whole chapter. ^^
The pajama thing was also something I really liked doing and was looking forward to having for the whole chapter. Idea was they were them through the whole thing. I especially love seeing Jenny with her hair down, so it's a little weird that's the thing that winds up changing down the road. Talk about that when it happens.
The thing about Jenny waking up to get a midnight snack every night is another diddy that came from a short story, though pretty sure I'm the one who wrote that one. Funnily enough, that's also where I got the thing about Andy sleeping in his underwear. But I didn't like that idea when it came down to it so I gave him Pokeball-shorts. But then they wound up looking like boxers anyway, so when I prepped this page for coloring, I wound up having to trim them (at first they came down past Andy's knees in this page).
I am really looking forward to Laura's revelation in terms of sleepwear, but curious how it'll be done. ^^ Think I have a fair guess what chapter, at least.
