One weakness I had in mind for Jenny for a while was that she can't run at super-speed if her vision is obscured. She is built a bit tougher than most eight-year-olds due to how her powers work, and wears a crash helmet on top of that, but running into a tree at full speed wouldn't end too well for her. So her running while blind would be like putting on a blindfold and then hitting the throttle on a motorcycle.
Figured it was a logical weakness, plus it shows McCay side-stepping the fight by systematically taking out each member with some underhanded telepathy.
So yeah... Not much else to say about this one, I think. I know from watching the results on the advertising, we're getting some new readers. Anybody wanna say anything?
It seems like I had someone in mind in coloring the not-McCay woman in the second panel, but I don't recall who exactly. Colors are vaguely similar to Alex's, don't think that's it.
Not sure what all else to say on this one. Has been awhile since I colored it, don't remember it being a particularly difficult one or anything. Am happy with the page though, one thing I tend to like about Blues is how animated the characters' expressions are. Does a good bit to sort of add some flare to them.
In either case, still be a bit before this chapter wraps up, naturally, so be sure to keep reading! And if you haven't been reading Wright as Rayne and The Black Princess, you should give them a look while you're at it!
