Hey, looks like we have a big return! The group's finally in their costumes again! That being said we won't actually see them in the story for awhile yet.

Oh, and we have Martina. That's probably not much of a surprise given the year three preview, or her and Franklin having new art on the cast page. Still, we'll be seeing her from the word go on this chapter.

Man, Heather's the queen of the In This Chapter box. This is the third time she's gotten it. Not really intentional really (well, her getting it in Best Served Blue and Blue Guardians were both deliberate), and I was actually wanting to use a certain shot of Lenore for this one but decided it worked better as a joke later.

So, that being said, hopefully everyone enjoys this chapter about the kids experiencing precipitation! Shame it's not rain, huh?

Kinda surprised nobody guessed this in the comments, given the preview I put up way back showed Martina under a small snow-storm and we teased for a while this chapter's name. Maybe you guys who figured it out just kept quiet; I know we aren't getting all that many new commenters even as our reader count goes up....

Granted, the preview image was like a year ago... Yeah, didn't figure on this chapter taking as long as it did to comeabout; Blue Guardians wasn't a planned chapter, just needed to deal with some fallout. I'm pretty glad it's over though, since this chapter's already turned out a ton of fun. And the one after that.... Well, there are some plans there.

On the subject of the preview image... we're probably not going to get to the Spencer-Salix thing for a long while, that chapter I just mentioned will tease it, though. I'm already sorta thinking up what we'll see in the Year 4 preview come April.

Until then, enjoy the chapter. ^^

But yeah, Martina's back. ^^ The cover I think was Martin's idea, and really love just how creepy and spooky it managed to come out. Chapter was a lot of fun.

..... Hm. Yeah, I can see what you mean. Practicing with a bowl I can bend my pinkie back too, but not quite that far. At least not without hurting it. Thanks, will keep an eye on that in the future.

Heheh... Yeah, we're all very proud the kids got their first recurring bad guy. ^^ Meant for her to show up sooner but unexpected chapters like Blue Bloodlines and Blue Guardians pushed it back.
