Huh. Think this is the first time see actual blue blood in this comic. Grant's suffering from the classic Psychic Nosebleed trope.
Sometimes I feel guilty doing something that has really weird coloring like this. When I send it off to Martin, I sorta feel like I'm saying, "You weren't planning on doing anything tonight, were ya? Well, you're not anymore."
I wasn't sure how to handle the background here, if there should be a blur or distortion effect, but eventually figured I wouldn't be able to pull it off without making it look terrible, so just went with a constantly-changing background as they run to the crime scene.
Happy with this one, but not a lot to say on it. Do particularly like how Grant came out looking throughout.
Think the color blur thing would've worked out better had I made it really faint instead of more just a colorful streak. Might be something to consider moving forward, I guess.
